  We currently ship to the United States, US Territories and US Military.

International Shipping: Canada Only.


 Most orders placed by 4:30 p.m. CST Monday - Friday arrive in 4 - 8 Business days for Standard Free Shipping, however in most cases it arrives sooner.

 Within the contiguous U.S. and Military APO FREE standard shipping FREE on all orders over $99.99. Orders below at $99.99 or below is a Flat Rate of $5.95.  This includes insurance on all order shipments.

 For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands, standard shipping on any size order (regardless of weight or cost) is just Flat rate of $14.95. This includes insurance on all order shipments.

 We always ship in-stock items immediately. Because we update our stock inventory daily online any out of stock items will appear but will not be available for purchase on the product page (there will be no “Add to Cart”). Any product that IS in stock will be available to be added to your shopping cart for purchase. Please allow 21 days from the day your order has shipped before reporting an order lost. We are unable to process any replacement requests until the 21 day period has passed by.


  International Shipping:

Canada is the only location outside of the US, US Territories as well as US Military.  


Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened and unused/unworn items within 3 days of delivery for a full store credit. After 10 days you will receive store credit minus the 15% re-stocking fee.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Otherwise the return Freight is paid by the buyer. Items must be return in the same condition they were originally shipped. Jewelry and Watches will also need to be verified of its authenticity, upon receipt as being the same and authentic as the original we have shipped.  We will not credit actual shipping charges that we incurred to ship the order to you.  Shipping costs will not be reimbursed or credited on any returns.

Re-Stocking Fee: There is a re-stocking fee of 15% on all returns that do not meet the 3 days return policy and subject to verification of it authenticity.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of date and time of order for full refund.  All order cancellations after 24 hours and prior to shipment will incur a 5% cancellation fee to cover the costs of processing the order.

 Refunds Policy
You should expect to receive your refund for order cancellation prior to shipping or store credit for returns within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund or store credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (10 to 17 business days).

 We will NOT accept any opened or used merchandise EXCEPT if it meets all of the above criteria!
